How was tomorrow? I think you know what I mean.

Dear Readers,
I've thought about many things that I've been wanting to post about throughout the past few days. Unfortunately, I have short term memory loss and cannot remember anything. So, I'm going to write about what I'm thinking about at the moment.
I was thinking about Mom and Brandon trying to talk me into going to an American Idol audition. Hahahaha!!! Very comical, wouldn't you agree? I'd be terrified! I do NOT handle rejection well. I would be heartbroken. Just the thought of it stresses me out. I can just imagine it... I walk in, nervous, nauseaus, shaky, etc. They ask me to tell them about myself, but I cannot think, so I don't answer. They then ask me to sing after laughing at my idiotic behavior. I start to sing (probably a jazzy, Norah Jones type of song) and start out too soft, then get too loud. My voice cracks, I suddenly get the hiccups... Wow, this could only happen in my worst nightmare... oh wait! This is it!!! Hmmm, wonder why I even came here... I'd finish my song with a terrible ending. They would be laughing through the whole thing, so I'd sit on the floor and blubber. They would say that it was awful, have security carry me out and I'd go home, get in bed and pray they didn't put it on tv. I would stay there until.... I'd just stay there. I don't think that Mom and Brandon REALLY want to be the cause of my mental breakdown. So, DON'T ASK ME ANYMORE!!! Please?
Depression would hurt.

I had a dream last night. I was at Tony's birthday. I don't know how old he was but, I remember that he was driving and he wasn't old enought. It all started when mom got this phone call asking if I could go to a sleep over for Ton' birthday. I thought that was way weird but mom said yes to, I guess the momma, and next thing I know I am at this mansion. The ginormous house doesn't belong to the L's but it was offered for Ton's big bash. I walked in and Lana grabbed me and ushered me off to this bedroom where all the girls were hanging out. Basically I was there for her. I will finnish the story later. Right now I must dress beans.

Do you sing? Ooooh, Ooooh, you must sing for me sometime! I love listening to people sing! It's almost as good as wrestling!

Ummm, okay, but it has to be at some random time and you must sing with me. Most of the time I don't sing serious, but sometimes I do... I don't really like to sing in front of people though, which doesn't make sense because I'll randomly break out into song. But, if you ask me, I most likely won't do it, unless begged and offered money :op. I break out into song a lot, you just have to be near me. One time, while I was hiking with these Girl Scout England going with girls, I started singing and they were weirded out, but they are used to it now. When I get bored I will sing to myself. Mostly songs that are on my blog (because they rock my face off). Yeah, that was a long comment....

Yep. We'll get over it. Yeah, I'm not shy (shocker, huh?), but I have stagefright like you would not beleive. I always cry when I get done singing at church. Sweet-T is alway like,"You did good, don't worry about it." But, I don't think I can take his word for it, because he's a little, um, biased.

What about me? I tell you that you did good.
I had a dream about you and Sweet-T. He kept giving me stuff to give you. Gifts and cards. And I always wondered why he didn't give them to you himself, but I never asked. I just took them home and gave them to you the next time I saw you. I also had a dream about the two of you, Colie and Jaz... it was at a hs fellowship and you were like the best of friends all of the sudden and I was jealous. :P

Awwww, that's sad Emy, I'm sorry. Nobody can take away the friendship you have with Jaz. Yes I know that was corny, let's sing the song!
I bet you sing really good Jaz. Sweet-T is pretty awesome isn't he? I used to have a huge crush on him. Now, even though I don't know him WELL, I've know him, it seems, forever. So, if I had a crush on him now, it'd be like crushing on a brother, blech.
I was about to tell you about my stagefright and how I don't like to sing in front of people and my whole American Idol thing. Then, I was like, wait! this is what my post was about, huh. This is where you say, bless her heart.

Oh, okay. Ahem. Bless your little heart! (I decided to add "little") And I enjoy singing, I don't I good I actually sound. And I used to have a crush on Sweet-T, too! And, now we like each other. And, well, the rest is history! Sorry, Emy. You always say I do good to. And I pray that you are not lying.

That's too funny... I've had people tell me I should enter on American Idol... I haven't gotten my entry quite as precisely planned as you do Nicole! :) But I'd probably get up there and forget was I was going to sing or something.
Jaz, I think you always do a great job also! It's just too bad you don't have a better accompaniest! :)

To finish telling my dream. Did I mention that we were in a mansion with marble floors and granite counter tops? The floos were light colored and the counters dark. Back to me and the girls. Somehow I saw Tony drive up with Luke and Tyler, and a bunch of others most of whom I knew but I can't tell you who they were. And somehow they all fit into Ton's old beat up blue green mustang. No not a green horse. Anyway he was driving and I remember thinking that he was too young so apperently he this isn't his 16th birthday . WHo knows how old he was in my dream. Moving on.... I must go to bed. Dad just said it was 10:00 which I think is sposed to mean go to bed.

Who is Judy? Should I know her? How does she know me? Where's Buttercup? (sorry, couldn't resist!)

Anonymous said...

It's me, HannahElizabeth. I go to your church. I had to pick a new name because there are just too many Hannah's around here. :)
Seriously, the other day I started reading a comment from Hannah H. and I was thinking "I don't remember writing that..." and I got all confused.
So anyways, I'm commenting under a new name! You could call me Miss Garland if you would like, or Judy is fine. :)
Lady, is that blue-green mustang like the "Horse of a Different Color"? :)

Anonymous said...

You could just put HannahElizabeth...
I don't lie Jazzy.... not too often anyway. :P

Unknown said...

Ooooh! Why Judy? Why Miss Garland?
Judy, is there something you'd like to tell me?
And Emy, lying is bad! Revelation, Revelation 21:8, 21:8...

Unknown said...

Judy, I could call you Dorothy if you want...

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Chaos!!! lol...

The Tony dream part 3. I getting pretty tired of writing this so this one wil be less detailed. I am skipping to the climax of the dream.

The old(er) man who owned the house threw Tony a set of key and some how the young man knew that he was to go to the garage. In the garage sat a beautiful brand spakin' new car. Who know what kind it was. I am a girl I notice color not make and model. It was silver. I have the impression it was a sports car. Maybe a Lexis. I don't know if that is considered a "sports" car though. The car was Ton's birthday present from the old(er) man. We, everyone else who was there, were in the kitchen and the foyer when Tony realizes with great awe that the car belongs to him. He went to the garage by himself. My shot of it, b/c it is my dream and even if I am not in the room I can still see things, was like a movie shot from the side. I can't really descibe it. Then my dream was over. Weird huh.

I am off to do Spanish. And math.

Judy, tis a car.

oh. okay. weird.

Well I'd rather have a car than a horse anyways. And Lady if you think you don't notice much about cars, I don't even know what a Lexis is! Seriously! :)
Weird dream...
Have you all ever heard the song "It's A Great Day for the Irish" ? I have a recording by Judy Garland. It is a really neat song! Anyways, I've had it stuck in my head all morning. Have you all ever thought about what an odd expression that is? Stuck in my head!?!

La la la!!! I went to the mall today and got stuff!!! I got softy pajama pants from V.S., my Easter dress from Charlotte Russe, my shoes from Payless (which is hilarious, I got a size three in little girls, lol) and a pound of chocolate chip cookie dough candy from Candy Craze! With Charlotte Russe, V.S., Payless and Candy Craze, life is worth living. Oh, and DQ, a strawberry julius from there!!!

I've not been to Charlotte Russe, is that the store that just opened?

I saw this super cute yellow and white dress in the window at DEB, It was a decent cut, the length was good, the straps (did it have straps?) weren't much, but it would've looked cute with a shrug, so I went in to find out how much it was...
Like, more than $40!
No way I'd pay that anywhere near that much for a spring dress... So, obviously, I didn't get it. But, it was really cute...
I'd like a few more casual dresses, for church, b/c I have a few skirts, but only 1 dress that is suitable for church, and it's not pretty. I want some feminine dresses and skirts!
Waaahhh....
Okay, pity party over.
:)

There, Nicole, I commented you - are you so happy?

Anonymous said...

Oh Nicole I am almost jealous! I LOVE Charlotte Russe and I haven't even gotten to go to our new one yet!
I was at the mall last week with a friend - it was only two days before the grand opening! But they wouldn't even let us in! :) We did look though the black curtains though. All we could make out though was a rack of flip-flops and some jeans. So needless to say, I've been really wanting to go but I still have not yet been able to.
And Lana, I am with you! When we were there shopping, we couldn't believe most of the prices on the spring dresses! It was almost frustrating!
But anyways, Nicole, it sounds like you had a good day!

Hmmm, my easter dress was $28.99. What's up with the .99? Why don't they just say $29.? It sorta ticks me off.
