People laugh when they look at me...
The title is actually serious this time. Because when people look at me they do laugh at me. My wisdom is gone. Cause someone extracted it from my mouth. I didn't know that's where my wisdom was. Depression. So, I didn't have time for my life to flash before my eyes because they didn't give me enough time. They put in the IV, and then I was out like a light. The next thing I remember is lying on the couch and mom saying, "He'll be here in a minute". I later realized that I was talking about (of course) Brandon. So my mom goes on to tell me about all the ridiculous things I talked about while in the car on my way home. She said I cried allot. Mostly about dieing bunnies, which included bugs bunny (he asked for a carrot and someone shot him). I also cried about the possibility about drooling in font of somebody, Bethany going to jail because she killed someone, and my pudding because I thought that it might not be in the back of my truck still. I just took my pain medication and I'm trying to remember stuff. My face is still huge. I had them out of Friday and it's STILL huge. Today I learned to walk again. Before today my legs were jello. Now I just get sorta dizzy and nauseous. My pain medicine makes me tired, as well as my anti-swelling medicine (which doesn't work). Briana is typing this, and being very nice, and saying that she can't smell my breath when I breathe on her. I know you wanted to know that. I can't help it though. I do brush my teeth, but the healing makes it gross. Not to mention the blood (this is where briana freaks out a bit AAHHHH). My cousins freaked out because my mouth was so swollen and they thought I had an infection. But I don't. I just have a really small mouth. And I can't help that either. I'm tired of sitting on the couch and watching movies. It's better with friends though. (Nicole said thank you Lady, Brandon, and Briana). Now she says she is tired and she can't think of things to say and she is going to watch the rest of the movie. She loves you, even in her groggy state of mind. Goodnight everybody!!!

My life just flashed before my eyes... that was short
I have been in America for a total of 10 days since my trip to England (well, not counting the day in Cincinatti...). It is great to be home. I will try to relay all that I did starting from the beginning, but not all in one post. That would be a loooong post. I shall now start to look into my past....
It was cold when I came into to world. It's still a bit blurry. I remember someone saying, "It's a girl!".... okay, a little too far back maybe...
The ten hour flight. That was fun. A few hours full of turbulence from the storm that was raging outside the airplane. I couldn't get any sleep. Who could? Not because of the turbulence, of course, but because in just a few long hours I would be stepping onto land I've dreamed of for years. London. We got their at 7:00 A.M. (1:00 A.M. our time) and although I hadn't been completely alert when the plane landed, I sure was when I stepped off of it. We walked around and through crowds of anxious and cranky people, got our bags and headed toward the bus. When we stepped outside a breath of fresh air wafted around us. It felt like it was the first day of Spring unlike the blazing hot Summer at home. England air!
After walking around the airport all day we melted into the cushiony seats of the bus and chilled for an hour and a half on our way to the hostel. The small, scenic houses were beautiful. Unlike America, they didn't have houses on large plots of land everywhere. They had thin, tall, cottage-like houses in rows. Though, surprisingly, they didn't look squished. They looked quite cozy, in fact.
To our relief, we finally arrived at our destination "Ashlee" our Hostel. The rooms were more like a camp room with bunk beds than a "hotel". Our room, of course, was on the top floor. Fortunately, they had one small "lift" (elevator) so we didn't have to pull all of our bags up the stairs. We got to our rooms, got situated, cleaned up a bit, then went to start our tour of London.
We walked all around, stopped at a "Tesco's" (grocery store), got some... interesting sandwiches and DR. PEPPER!!!!, then walked somemore to a little garden area for lunch......
That will have to be all for this post because I must do Spanish or my teacher will threaten me with her awesome luchador skills *wink, wink* and... I can't remember what happened after that for the moment *nervous smile*. But, it will come to me!
Farewell until later *said she in a mysterious voice*

Someone ate the Cannibals!!!
Monster Java drinks are awesome! I'm so hyper and shaky and WOOT! So, this past week I got all my stuff in the mail. My black and white houndstooth rainboots, my black swimsuit and MY HOST FAMILY LETTER!!!! Yay, my host people are awesome! I got new glasses and contacts and a truck. I think, still not completely sure about the truck thing... I read some awesome books written by Shannon Hale. I read Goose Girl first.
Me all smiling at the camera and what not!
Me looking at the camera cause it was looking at me...
Later...
That was supposed to be a draft, not a post. Oh well! Yeah, good books. Just got done reading Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale. Now I'm listening (it's a book on cd) to Austenland by the same author. Last night I spent the night with Lady. It was fun! We stayed up and wrote a letter, yay! It was very funny.
So, I have a new baby kitten. It's name is Scout. I love it tremendously and the thought of something happening to my baby makes me very depressed indeed. It was the runt of the bunch and it's mama didn't want to take care of it, so she took away and left it in that spot. I thought that she was going to bring the other kittens over with it, but she left it there. She didn't want the baby. When I got Scout it's little ribs were sticking out because the mama wouldn't feed it. It was so sad. But, now it stays with me and I have it baby kitty formula and we are a very joyous bunch. Whenever it hears my voice it starts meowing and I've never felt so loved by an animal in my life as I have been by Scout. I am to keep it until I leave for England. When I do leave my love, Brandon, will be taking care of my sweety. Awww, my sweety taking care of my tiny sweety! It will stay with Brandon for the rest of it's life. I hope Gabe likes it. I hope he doesn't eat it... I'll have to teach Scout self defense.
Well my cheeky monkies, I must go to bed!

Got change for a $6 bill?
On May 16, 2008 I went to GS camp with my fellow Girl Scouts. Since I had a shooting competition the next day I only stayed for that day instead of the three days and two nights. We walked around... alot. On our way to... somewhere... we met a fuzzy little black caterpillar. I believe he was an emo caterpillar, cause I've never before seen an all black caterpillar before. I named him Melvil. We took a picture of him (I didn't touch him, I don't like touching caterpillars) then left him to be his awesome self.
~ My Shadow and Melvil
~I put this in here on accident. Oh well. This picture should be later in the story.... you'll find out why....
~ A close-up of Melvil the Emo Caterpillar
On our adventure to the treehouse we discovered an armadillo carcass! Needless to say, I didn't touch it. I don't want leprosy.
Then we went on the Lakeview Trail. We saw a view of the lake. On our way we found a fallen tree, so I decided to do the Girl Scout thing and moved it out of the way for future girls who might trip over it.
~Me proving that Chuck Norris has trained me, woot!
Then, at the end of the trail I showed the girls the awesome rock(in) loveseat. We sat in it! It sorta needs cushions though....
~Bri and me sitting in the rock loveseat!
We were all very tired and somewhat hungry when we got back. So, we started to make lunch (since we were ordered to). While sitting out the food I felt something crawling up my leg. This is when disaster of the most disastrous kind struck, for little did I realize that emo caterpillars aren't as cool as they seem. Something stung me. "I think something is stinging me... I THINK SOMETHING IS STINGING ME!!!!" said I. As I was crying out in distress, someone took my creepy crawly and put it on the ground. They retrieved some ice for me leg and put "Stingeez" on it. I love that stuff. It was then that I realized who had done this heinous act. Someone I had loved and named even though he was an outcast to society. Yes. Melvil the Emo Caterpillar. I loved him and what did he give me in return? His stingers in my leg.
~Me NOT crying and putting the ice on my leg
~My loverly leg with the loverly sting
Although Melvil betrayed me, I still loved him. Yes, that is right, I said loved. I'm sorry (maybe) to say that Melvil was squished by a mother who loves me. Yes, Bri's mother killed Melvil. But, he stung me, he was a danger to the other girls. It was the right thing to do. Besides, he was emo, it is probably what he wanted. Poor Melvil. I could have shown him the sun. He could have been a rainbow caterpillar at heart. May my dear Melvil rest in peace.

P.S.
I just now realized why I have not been getting any comments... ya'll are all gone to camp! Okay, I love you guys again.... I guess... lol.

Do you have a fever? Cause you look HOT!!!
First of all, the title is my new "dorky guy who wants to get a girl" line that I made up all by myself!!! Second of all, please just figure these out!!! lol...
1) Madam I'm Adam
2) Red rum, sir, is murder
3) A nut for a jar of tuna
4) No lemons, no melon
5) Now sir, a war is won
So, I speak ivorics, how bout you? I felt so punny when I thought of that. If you don't get it, just tell me, I will PROUDLY tell you what it means. Yay, punny stuff.
Last night I had a "go away" party. We had pizza (oh so yummy pizza) and orange and green cake. I got a bunch of stuff that I will be able to use on my trip! Yay! I love surprise parties (some of the time). My church peoples are so sweet. Welp, I must clean the house! I'll write eventually!

Emo People Depress Me
How is everybody doing? I know that I have not written in a while but I have excuses (choir concerts, camp, shooting competitions, fundraisers, cleaning, doctor, etc.). I have a lot to tell you about this week, but I'm going to wait until I have pictures.
Has anyone ever heard of Pon and Zi? They are little emo creatures and they are so pathetic and adorable. Here is one of the many popular comics:
I love Pon and Zi. Besides the whole suicidal part of being emo, I could be emo. Or, just a regular mood-swingy girl.... lol...
I'll hopefully have more time to post a real post in the near future. Please leave comments, I thrive on them.
Later...
Hello Dear Readers!!!
First of all, can anyone find out what these strange phrases have in common?
1) Madam I'm Adam
2) Red rum, sir, is murder
3) A nut for a jar of tuna
4) No lemons, no melon
5) Now sir, a war is won
Second of all, I'm going to ask for a name, verb, noun, preposition, etc. and you will give it to me. For example: 1) Name 2) Verb 3) Preposition
You will choose whichever one has not been answered by someone else. Your answer should (in the comment box) look like this:
2) Jump (I will add past, present, or future tense).
(not an example)
I need:
1) Name 2) Verb 3) Preposition 4) Noun 5) Verb 6) Name 7) Verb 8) Verb 9) Verb
I'll have more later. If you have any questions, ask them! Have fun with your words!
Your Beloved Writer,
Nicole (so being sarcastic)

Witty Phrase
Recently I have been thinking about what my name means: Victory to the People. Then, I started to laugh (yes, I laugh when I'm alone). You see, it's sort of ironic. I'm athletically challenged, so my people never win. They actually avoid passing the ball to me. Then, I thought, it didn't clarify. This could be bad! It could mean: Victory to the OTHER People. I mean, the opposing side. Hmmm... yeah, that's about it for the day...
Well Dear Readers, I have no idea what this video is. I didn't name them in my folder, so I don't know which is which. This... could be scary... and could ensure therapy in your near future. Sorry....
Oh, this is what we do in Chemistry... lol.

Happy Cows Prevent Mad Cow Disease
I'm posting, but it most likely will not be a happy post. I'm grumpy and sad. Yay. This week has been awful. Bleh week. I won't tell you about it all, but I will tell you about something that happened the other day that I'm still really irritated about. I had to go and get donations for a silent auction for an annual GS banquet for a fundraiser for our WS'08 trip. So, we (Miss Michelle, her daughter, Beth, Taylor and I) went to this one men's clothing place and we waited a while for him to come out. He was really nice and gave us some pants to donate and everything. Well, he got to talking about proms and how he alters guys suits and stuff. He had these little booklets with different suits and said that he needed someone to pass them out at school and everything, so he asked Taylor which school she went to and her age. She told him where she goes and that she wasn't old enough for prom yet. So, he says okay and gives her a few to pass out anyway. He then goes on talking (completely ignores me) and then Miss Michelle tells him that I'm seventeen. What does he say? "Oh, I never would have known! She looks so much younger than that!" Okay, so I'm a little frustrated, no big deal, everyone thinks I'm younger than I look. He gives me the horrid little booklet. Then (what joy) he goes on to ask which school I go to. I tell him that I'm homeschooled and that we have banquets and everything. Then he says, "Oh, really? You know, my nephew and niece were homeschooled." My reply: "Oh, that's cool!" Now, can you just guess what he said next? "Yeah, they said that they were really smart, but truly, they were idiots." I must have made a terrible face because Miss Michelle and Taylor said, "Oh, no, she's really smart!" (you have no idea how much I loved them at that moment). I felt like saying, "Oh, really? Well that usually depends on the teacher. So if the teacher was an idiot, then most likely the students will be also." I really need to calm down. I'm plunking the keys vehemently. People who just homeschool to "have it easy" really frustrate me. They give other homeschoolers a bad name. We are not idiots. Most of the time we are smarter. This really makes me want to work harder to prove them all wrong. Oh, my rebellious nature is not always bad, lol. So, he not only slandered me by telling me that I look twelve, but he also told me that I was stupid!!! *SCREAM OF FRUSTRATION, ANGER AND EVERYTHING NOT GOOD!!!* Sometimes I really don't like people.

Is April Really A Fool?
Dear Readers,
Happy April Fool's Day!!! I've fooled many people today! Well, Lady and Brandon at least. Oops... I just fooled Audge... but I made her cry... oops... Well, she's better! *laughing to self* This is the video of me tricking Brandon (over the phone) into believing that I had actually ran into a police car while taking my driving test. It took forever! He is hard to trick. Oh, just so you know, because of the phone and my camera being too close together, it sometimes screaches, so don't turn your volume up too loud. Sorry about that! And... it didn't let me say good bye, so good bye. Sit back and enjoy the hoodwinking!
I love to trick and scare people. It is so much fun and provides entertainment at other people's expense! This is just another day in the life of Nicole. I wonder if Brandon will provide his side of the story, hmmm.
Well, I won't tell you what I did to Lady, she'd kill me! I hope you all enjoyed this video! Go and make a fool of someone smart, it is fun.

Grumpy Easter!
Ahhh, what a lovely Easter day. The girls wearing there beautiful Easter dresses they spent an hour looking for at JCPenney's and the boys wearing the ties that make them grimace when Mom pulls it out of the drawer. Easter! Going to church, just getting there on time and sitting there for the Easter service. The pastor has preached a wonderful sermon! Yeah, Jesus was crucified and he rose in three days. Amen! Then everyone goes home and gets their Easter picture taken. Mom is saying, "Do I look okay, do I need more lipstick?", brothers and sisters whining, "Not a picture! I'm hungry!" and "Can I take this tie thing off, it's choking me!". The pictures are taken, everyone sullen and surly. We eat lunch, take a nap and gripe when we have to get up and go to church again. It's Easter! It's a holiday! WHY CAN'T WE STAY HOME!!!
Sometimes we seem to lose the point of Easter. They say that when Jesus was on the cross He had all the world's sin put upon him. I never really thought about it until just recently, and this may be obvious to others, but, it was all the world's sins from the beginning to the end of time. I cannot fathom how excruciatingly painful that must have been. That's not including what he went through before. He was beat and tortured, a crown of thorns on his brow. It says in Mark 16:34 that after the ninth hour, God turned away from him because he cannot look at sin. God had looked upon him his entire life and all of a sudden, when he not only was beaten and had all the sins of the world upon his shoulders, God turned away. How terrible and sad. He had done nothing to deserve this and we did everything. It doesn't seem fair. Shouldn't we love Jesus more though? Shouldn't we praise God for sending him to save us from an eternal life in hell? No, we sit on our pews with an occasional "amen" then we go home.
I'm not saying everyone is like this. I'm like this most of the time unfortunately. Yes, he died on the cross and then rose again. We speak of it so nonchalantly. We just don't need take this for granted.
Hmmm, isn't God awesome? Happy Easter!

I'm Going Through A Shrinking Spurt
Today I went shopping with Memaw, got my dress altered, went with Brandon to skeet shooting practice, then we came home, cleaned, and watched Nicholas Nickleby. I'm tired. My arms are soooo sore (I shot two rounds today, because I need the practice like I need air). You must watch Nicholas Nickleby, tis good. Well, I'll write more tomorrow, now I'm going to bed!

How was tomorrow? I think you know what I mean.
I've thought about many things that I've been wanting to post about throughout the past few days. Unfortunately, I have short term memory loss and cannot remember anything. So, I'm going to write about what I'm thinking about at the moment.
I was thinking about Mom and Brandon trying to talk me into going to an American Idol audition. Hahahaha!!! Very comical, wouldn't you agree? I'd be terrified! I do NOT handle rejection well. I would be heartbroken. Just the thought of it stresses me out. I can just imagine it... I walk in, nervous, nauseaus, shaky, etc. They ask me to tell them about myself, but I cannot think, so I don't answer. They then ask me to sing after laughing at my idiotic behavior. I start to sing (probably a jazzy, Norah Jones type of song) and start out too soft, then get too loud. My voice cracks, I suddenly get the hiccups... Wow, this could only happen in my worst nightmare... oh wait! This is it!!! Hmmm, wonder why I even came here... I'd finish my song with a terrible ending. They would be laughing through the whole thing, so I'd sit on the floor and blubber. They would say that it was awful, have security carry me out and I'd go home, get in bed and pray they didn't put it on tv. I would stay there until.... I'd just stay there. I don't think that Mom and Brandon REALLY want to be the cause of my mental breakdown. So, DON'T ASK ME ANYMORE!!! Please?
Depression would hurt.

Don't Worry, Tomorrow Will Be Worse!
Wow, I wonder why I always indent even though it doesn't show on my actual blog... oh well! I'm very proud of you all. I have a new record of 33 comments. I would like to get to 70 though... hint, hint. Brandon, you could have contributed! Grrr, I still skip you though.
There I go, indenting again. Today I went outside with the girls and rode bikes and played "Sister Acrobats" where we are orphan sisters trying to make a living in the circus as acrobats. We stayed on an elderly ladies piece of land. I told Beth that the police had said that when Mrs. Doskins died we could not stay on her land anymore since it would belong to the state. Beth then went into the house briefly, came back out and said, "She's dead". Wow, how depressing. Then we went to Russia where we progressed tremendously and bought a house at which we are now staying. (it's a trailer in the backyard) Very cool, eh?
Before that, we were riding bikes up and down the dirt road. Audrey couldn't keep up with us, so I put her on my bike and we went riding! The first time was easy, the second time... wasn't. Audrey kept on saying, "This is fun, this is fun! Go faster, faster, faster!!!" I was saying, "This is excruciatingly painful!!!". You see, I didn't think it was fun at all... Oh well.
The good news is: Chuck Norris still rocks.
The bad news is: I can't summon his powers. Perhaps if I summoned the powers
of the Walker Arkansas Ranger...

Is Chuck Norris Behind Me?
Yesterday I went to Memaw's after church for lunch as usual. We had tacos, yum. April, Jon, and I sat at our un-completely grownup table as usual and we talked about our random stuff... as usual. They were talking about Walker Texas Ranger and how cool Chuck Norris was/is. I then broke out in to song, as usual, singing, "cause the eyes of the Ranger are upon you, any wrong you do he's gonna see..." this is where I messed up since I have not seen the show in five years. I said when you are in danger look behind you, instead of when you are in Texas (look behind you, cause that's where the Ranger's gonna be). But, who cares, mine is cooler. Anywho, I started pretend choking and kept looking behind me to see if he was there and he wasn't! It was so disappointing. Then April told me that you had to be in Texas. Isn't that sad? I want to go to Texas and see if he is really behind me, cause that would be cool.
So, if the song was "when you are in danger look behind you", then Dad would have had Chuck Norris behind him twice today. First, this morning a lady hit him (while he was driving). It didn't hurt his truck except for the littlest scratch on his bumper. Then, when he was going to work he hit a dog. Don't worry Emy, he is fine (the dog and my dad). He said that the dog just got up and started following his truck, then fell over. But, he's up again. Personally, I wouldn't mind if the evil pit bull died. It tried to attack me once.
Stupid pit bulls and bees.

Dang it! Evil triumphs again!
I'm trying to get a hold of Brandon right now. YAY!!! I'm talking to him! I asked him if he wanted to say something. He said, "I don't know." What an ingenius remark! He is looking for pajamas at rue 21 for me. He is so sweet. Well, I'll write later, I need to guide him.
Later, like, the next day!
Well, Happy Valentine's Day everyone! This will be the first year that I have a valentine! Skip you Brandon Darling! He's going to come over this evening and bring me my pajamas that I don't know about, cause it's a surprise. What he doesn't know is that I have a surprise for him, so ha! Today, my family and I had a valentines lunch. Some kind of steak stuff and yellow and green beans. Oh, and my personal favorite, a baked potato with butter, salt and sour cream. I love potatoes. You'll never guess what happened today though, so I'm just going to tell you! Today, I was went next door to my Grandmother's house to get the hair dryer. I was wearing some baggy navy blue pajama pants (I love pajamas). A few minutes later, when I was back inside and getting my hair wet in the sink so I could put gel in it and dry it and make it all fluffery, I felt something on my leg. I thought it was just my pajama pants rubbing on my leg, so I swished my pants and "something" crawled up and around, then it bit me on my upper, upper leg in the back.... It hurt bad!!!! I started screaming, "Mom!!! SOMETHING IS BITING ME!!!!!!" and ran into the kitchen with my hair soaking everything. She looked at it and pulled something out and looked at it, but could not figure out what it was. I limped back in the bathroom and started fixing my hair again when I felt it going down my other leg. I started crying because I was already in a bit of pain and did not want that thing, whatever it was, to bite me again. So I yelled for Mom and she came a found out that it was a stinkin bee! I hate bees now. I cannot sit properly. Stupid, stupid, stupid bee. I'm glad it died. This has been an eventful Valentine's Day.

Scratch Golfer Finds Ball In Poison Oak
Dear Readers,
Today has been stressful, but rewarding none the less. I've been very emotional today for random reasons and have cried bucketloads. I'm tired of my stupid research paper and my other equally stupid homework. I'm also tired of my stupid messy room which cannot be cleaned. I had to take out my stupid contacts because I stupid cried too much. But, everything was made better when Brandon and Brittney came over and we watched The Phantom of the Opera. Brit didn't like it, I don't think. We had pizza and jasmine rice with green beans (made thai style with braggs and peanuts and they were frozen, not canned, bleh). We also had Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Brownie Fudge ice cream and Brit had an apple. Then we (actually, they) cleaned up and they went home. I'm waiting for Brandon to call to say they got back safe. This week I took my ACT. That is all I'm going to say, besides it was awful. Sorry to all of you have to take it in the future. Well, I'm going to bed. I must get up in the morning for a girl scout thing. I think it will be fun. We might go bowling! Well, to bed! My eyes hurt, grrr.
Love you all.

Beware: Crazy People
Dear Readers,
I hope you all have had an awesome week. Mine has been cool (besides being sick, but oh well). Saturday was Youth Fellowship Night and that was fun!!! Some of us stayed after everyone else left and just went crazy as you will see in the video! We had a great time though. Hmmm, we were very loopy since it was about 10:30 and we were all tired from a long day. Those days make the best kinds of videos though! I also have a video of us exploring the refrigerator. It's cool and I'll put it on eventually. Today was Chemistry and I taped some of that. My table is hilarious. I have a video of Mark making the blood rush to his head, which is funny, then one of Jake! It is not for the weary to watch. It's actually sorta creepy... I'm going to choir soon and after, Brandon is going to come and stay with me until mom comes to pick me up. Today is a very nice day and I am hoping it won't get cold so we can stay outside. Brandon is right across the street from me taking his college class while I'm in choir, cool, eh? Hmmm, it takes a while for these videos to load, doesn't it? I'm trying to ramble, but it is hard to for some odd reason. I want music to listen to. Blah, blah, blah, garrrrr!!!!!! (now you scream in terror like the little girl you are) Ooooh, we had cookies in class today compliments of Lady! Thank you lady! I would like to thank all of those who are in my video. I could not have made it so stupid without you all *sniff, sniff*. I would also like to thank Hobbbottom films who inspired me to make such a random and idiotic short film. If only I knew how to edit.... I would also like to say, "HA!!!" to those who did not stay, because they missed out on uber awesome fun. I especially want THIS VIDEO TO BE DONE!!! Wow, that was cool!

Weight Problems at Four Years
I'm sorry I have not posted in a while. I have been sick with some sort of stomach virus. What fun! Anywho, that is not what I am posting about (I vastly doubt that you would want to read a post about my week).
Yesterday it snowed. The girls were tremendously elated about being able to go out into frigid weather to play. I, most unfortunately, did not. But, being the wonderful sister that I am (I'm so being sarcastic), I went out into the glacial night and took a picture or two of there snow man named Charlie. Oh, anyway, before thay went out, I helped Audge get ready to go outside. We put on her jeans and shirt, then snow suit and snow jacket, then her big coat, scarf and hat. While getting her dressed, I teased about Audge looking like Ralphie from "A Christmas Story" (I hate that movie). Audge looked up at us, in all her seriousness, and said, "Does this make me look fat?" Mom and I burst out laughing and Audge ended up crying. It was really funny, but sad too. Audge was humiliated, poor girly. Well, I must go work on the research paper that I have not been able to work on this week.
Love you all!

Summer Sausage and Mustard Sandwich Dreams
So, I decided I was going to experiment and ate some little summer sausage and mustard sandwiches before I went to sleep again to see if I had another weird dream. Wow, it worked! In this strange dream someone came to our house with their rare pink kittens in there pet carrier. They left immediately after, accidentely leaving the kittens. We called and told them that we would watch the kittens for a week until they came back. So, we watched them and they stayed in the pet carrier in our kitchen. We would take them outside in the pet carrier for a while so they could get some fresh air. So, one day I took them outside (in the carrier as always) and sat them on the front porch. I went inside for a brief moment and came out and found, to my chagrin, the cage open. I looked at a bush-like thing and out of it came a nice little garden snake. I looked at it for a moment, admiring it's alluring colors. Then, all of a sudden, it did the thing that cobras do when the get agitated (that made a whole wad of sense). I was stunned and didn't move until it came higher and I saw it's belly's tumescense and realized that it had eaten one of the kittens! I instantaneously went inside to have Dad come and kill the snakes (there were three). As soon as I went inside I saw Dad on the couch. What I saw surprised the dreaming me, but not the dream me, if that makes any sense. He was very, hmmm, uhhh, corpulent... rotund... well-padded? Lol. I told him that there were snakes outside and he needed to kill them. He didn't even look up from his buffalo wings and football game to say, "Just a minute." He kept on saying that, how annoying! I was in a state of agony! Grrrr. Oh... that was the end. He just kept saying that and I kept urging him to get up though he wouldn't for the life of the pink kittens. How sad. Well, I must bid thee adieu. Mom said I had to close now or she would come and close it for me. Ttyl, love you guys!

Happy Cake
Okay, I just made the most awesome cake yesterday! This is the best recipe ever!
Chocolate Cracked Earth (Flourless Chocolate Cake)
Ingredients
1 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1 stick unsalted butter
9 large eggs, separated
3/4 cup granulated sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter a 9-inch springform pan.
Instructions
Put the chocolate and butter into the top of a double boiler (or in a heatproof bowl) and heat over (but not touching) about 1 inch of simmering water until melted. Meanwhile, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a mixing bowl until light yellow in color. Whisk a little of the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture to temper the eggs - this will keep the eggs from scrambling from the heat of the chocolate - then whisk in the rest of the chocolate mixture.
Beat the egg whites in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until the cake is set, the top starts to crack and a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it, 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove sides of pan.
Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 pounds bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
Heat the cream until it just comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat. Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Pour the cream over the chocolate. Allow to sit for about 10 to 15 seconds. Then, whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Allow to cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Mixture should be a little thick, but still pourable.
Place the cake on a metal rack set over a sheet pan. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and smooth the top and sides with a palette knife. Let set for 1 hour.
It is heaven in flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache form. It was fairly easy, especially the ganache. The thing that took the longest was whipping the egg whites for the cake. Even though we used a handheld mixer thing, it took nearly twenty minutes to get to what they call "stiff peaks". It looked like meringue. This is awesome cake, you really need to make it. Just be prepared to plop down about fifteen dollars for all the ingredients. Well, if you make it, I hope you enjoy it!
Love you people (is that better Brandon?),

Boredom Hurts
Well, last night I got to watch "Meet the Robinsons" with Brandon after the church dinner. The church dinner was fun besides the old men always mocking and embarrassing me. You got to love them though. Brandon was just cracking up the whole time. I don't even remember the gist of the joke, but it was bad enough. I had a wonderful time though. Well, I'm done writing for now, I'm going to read most likely. Love you guys, talk to you later. Hey, ask me questions, it makes me feel smart, lol. Just comment me PLEASE!

Forgotten
Dear Patient Readers,
Yesterday was Chemistry. I had a pretty good time, but it still couldn't be too great because Brandon isn't going anymore :o( which is sad..... Anyway, it was good, then I went outside to wait for dad. I waited, realized I had forgotten my coat, went and got it and came back down. I came outside and he still wasn't there. I saw that Issac and his friend were across the street talking, so I went and used Issac's phone to call dad. He was at home. I apparently was supposed to go with the Nichols, lol. Mom, was all like, "calm down" and I kept on saying, "I'm calm!!!", which I'm sure was comical to any bystanders. So I just waited with the boys until dad picked me up. They were hilarious though! They were like two Jons (look below). They would talk about the most random and stupid things. Bless em.
So, we started selling Girl Scout cookies the other day (hint, hint). Welllllll, I gotta go! Talk to you all later! Love you bunches!

Emergency
So, today was funny. I went to Memaw's after church for lunch and sat at the "not yet quite grown up table" with Jon and April (which is funny, because they are married with two kids, so I would think them grown up). So, just so you know, Jon and April are very much like me, only quieter. They are both random in the extreme, we like many of the same things, oh, dry humor, lol. So, anywho, Jon gets a call from a friend saying he has an emergency. So, we are really paying attention to Jon (and making up what we think his friend would be saying then after Jon says, "Oh really" the millionth time). Then he gets off the phone and we were like, "what was that about?" So, here is the story: His friend called and said that he was going on a date with this girl. He had looked in the car mirror and saw that he had nose hairs sticking out of his nose. So, he called Jon to see if he should be a little late and pluck the nose hairs from his nose, or just be there on time with his crass nose. He, thank goodness, said be a little late and be merciful on the poor girl. The secret life of guys, lol. Not really, I hope... lol. So... yeah... that was the story, thanks for reading, have a nice day. Much love to you ALL!!!

Yawn
How do you like my drawing up above? Does it look like me? I messed up on my forehead, but oh well. I like the reflection in the sunglasses! What do you think of my music? Random much? Johnny Cash rocks!!! I love the Potential Breakup Song. I wish it wasn't about breaking up though. I love the beat and sound!!! It stops right in the middle of the song though :-( that's sad. I'm Walking on Sunshine is now my official song, cause that's how I feel all the time now! Well, except for nobody went away... lol! Well, I just woke up from a long and wonderful nap. I had Girl Scout stuff today and had to go do a birthday party to raise money for the trip to England. So, we did a birthday for some little girl. There were two little girls and they were inseperable! They were truly adorable! One didn't talk hardly at all, but she was adorable. I hope I have a little girl who doesn't like to talk, is that terrible? I hope I have quiet, nice little girls. I guess that all depends on how I raise them though. Anyway, the other girl was afraid of the snake (we were at the nature center and Jaima was letting them "pet" the snake) and she crawled up next to me. I just wanted to take her little face in my hands and kiss it, she was sooooo cute!!!! The others were loud and rowdy and I wanted to tie them up. I wish I could play the banjo, that'd be awesome in a rock band. I love the twangy sound. I loathe country music, but I love the banjo! At the beginning of "The Saga Begins", it sounds like my dad singing when he's singing his 80's songs around the house (just to bother us of course). My arms are sore... Happy Birthday Britter!!! I love you! Last night we had her surprise birthday at Sweet Bay. We actually surprised her! Welp, I'm gonna go! Love you ALL!!! ;o)

I wonder how many times I'll post before I delete my blog, lol! I'll try to be good, but who knows..... *thoughtful expression*. Well, my name is Nicole. I'm an old sixteen-year-old who is frequently grumpy, and sometimes very, very, annoyingly happy! I'm almost always tired, or just saying so, lol. I am courting the most wonderful, most handsome, smartest (except for when he takes pictures of me, then I growl at him, lol) guy in the entire universe! I'm quite happy about that. I have to sisters (bless them). Beth is nine and Audge is four. I have awesome parents who are also frequently grumpy. Then my bestest friends, Lady Boo, Britter and Meggy (they are awesome too). Welp, I'm going to go now... so, uhhh, bye!
